Chow Maine Asian Specialities offers the following cuisines:
Chinese
Chiaolin first learned Chinese cooking from her father, a native born Szechuan chef. Some of the most favorite creations are her cold sesame noodles, potstickers with her healthy spinach and turkey filling.
Thai
While she learned Chinese cuisine from her father, her sister-in-law, a native born Thai, is the inspiration for many of the Thai dishes she prepares. Chiaolin also traveled to Thailand specifically to study some of the culinary techniques. Her Thai favorites are: curried chicken, pad thai, Thai beef salad.
Japanese
Chiaolin refined her Sushi techniques while studying under professional chef Mineko Takene Moreno. She makes an assortment of sushi items and can prepare sushi platters for large parties.
